In celebration of Kellogg’s 100-year anniversary (1922-2022), we were invited to print and produce 2022 limited-edition Kellogg's Corn Flakes cereal boxes.

Each box was lovingly designed by Deldea Design, skilfully enhanced by HP SmartStreamMosaic Software, and expertly printed, finished and distributed by Precision Proco Sheffield.

Deldea Design combined 100 years of Kellogg's advertising heritage including colour-schemed posters designed by Landor, a historical branding retro wallpaper made up of historical advertising and marketing campaigns, iconic Kellogg's characters, a new Kellogg’s 100-year logo, and of course variable versions of Cornelius the Cockrel himself, to produce unique special-edition centenary boxes that encompass all 100 years of the Kellogg’s journey.

Each design was further enhanced with the introduction of HPs SmartStream Designers Mosaic software, manipulating the artwork to produce an individual, customised design for each of the 2,022 boxes.

Using our HP Indigo 10000 Digital Press, we printed each of the 2,022 print-ready PDFs, each one uniquely different celebrating the collaboration of digital print and personalisation through HP Mosaic technology. We then added an anti-scuff laminate to each side giving an extra layer of protection, die-cut and pressed out each box to be glued and finished by hand.

Not only is the final piece a celebration of Kellogg's incredible Breakfast to Britain 100-year journey, but also showcases how through collaboration, innovation and teamwork, a truly unique one-of-a-kind piece can be created.
